Doug Bishop
Doug Bishop isn’t your typical IT Project Manager. With a background steeped in theatrical design and production, he’s earned acclaim for his Lighting Designs on both domestic and international stages. Alongside his theatrical pursuits, Doug founded a retail theatrical supply, design, and consulting venture, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit.
Among Doug’s notable achievements is a patented groundbreaking lighting reflector, albeit ahead of its time and not commercially viable. Additionally, he pioneered an innovative air filter for intelligent lights, earning recognition as one of Lighting Design International’s esteemed ‘Widgets We Love’ in 1998. Doug’s expertise extends to teaching college-level Lighting Design and Stagecraft, where he adeptly managed a large volume of student assignments each term.
While his passion for theatrical design endures, Doug transitioned into Project Management upon becoming a father, a role he has embraced for over 20 years. He has tackled diverse challenges across IT, Healthcare, Government, Application Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, IT Operations, Retail, Team Management, and online sales. Through these experiences, Doug has refined his skills in People, Process, Project, and Program Management, empowering functional managers to understand their teams’ endeavors and fostering effective upward management.
In addition to his wealth of practical experience, Doug Bishop holds impressive academic credentials. He possesses a Masters of Science in Project Management and maintained PMP certification from PMI for many years. As an early adopter of agile methodologies, he was among the original Beta testers for the PMI-ACP certification and holds multiple ScrumMaster certifications. Furthermore, Doug has attained multiple Intermediate level ITIL certifications and advanced PM Tool certifications. A dedicated educator, he has imparted knowledge through teaching undergraduate Project Management courses and mentoring aspiring professionals throughout his career.

Doug McIsaac
Doug McIsaac embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and is driven by his desire to assist other business owners in developing and implementing strategies for business growth.
Since 1997, Doug has capitalized on online tools to build successful businesses. One notable accomplishment is his transformation of RMTG, a software company based in Billings, Montana. With a mere $6,000 investment, Doug led RMTG to become a thriving enterprise. It grew into a multi-million dollar company with 30 employees and delivered projects for prestigious institutions such as Stanford University, Microsoft, Cenex, Indian Health Services, and Bank of America. Of particular significance, Doug’s team developed the enduring pharmacy system utilized by Albertsons/SuperValue.
In 2005, Doug embarked on a new path, retiring from RMTG with a significant payment package. However, his entrepreneurial spirit continued to burn brightly, leading him to focus on coaching and consulting with local businesses. Despite setbacks when RMTG ceased operations and defaulted on his payment plan, Doug wholeheartedly embraced his new venture.
Recognizing the power of integrated online marketing campaigns, Doug became a proponent of this approach as the most effective way for businesses to market themselves and drive customer traffic. Over the past 18 years, he has divided his time between creating award-winning campaigns, injecting hundreds of millions of dollars into his clients’ revenue streams, and imparting his expertise as a sought-after speaker and coach in internet marketing and social media marketing.
Doug has an impressive roster of clients, including renowned names such as Alphagraphics, Avitus Group, Florida Fish Memorial Hospital, Kinetic Marketing Group, Slumberland Furniture, Kampgrounds of America, Inc., Downtown Billings Association, Billings Chamber of Commerce, MSU-Billings, R and T Services, and Northwest Floors, to name just a few. His extensive experience and track record of success have made him a highly sought-after consultant and coach in the business world.

Sandeep KP is a technology leader boasting over 15 years of dynamic experience. Known for his strategic acumen and hands-on approach, Sandeep has been instrumental in propelling technological innovation, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and spearheading the creation of pioneering solutions. His forte lies in seamlessly aligning business objectives with technological strategies, thereby driving continuous advancement and propelling organizational growth. With a proven track record of achievements, Sandeep is passionately committed to shaping the future of technology, not only within Agilic but also across broader horizons.
With a wealth of expertise spanning software and application development across diverse sectors such as Healthcare, Insurance, Semiconductor, Retail, and Engineering Construction, Sandeep has emerged as a seasoned technical leader and manager. He has successfully led numerous teams and projects, employing both onshore and offshore models, as well as navigating the intricacies of on-premises and Cloud Infrastructure. Proficient in architecting software applications encompassing web, hybrid mobile, or Windows systems, Sandeep excels in full-stack development, adeptly managing UI, Services, and Databases. His adaptability to rapid development environments and adeptness in coordinating multiple teams underscores his capacity to deliver outstanding results consistently.
Sandeep also holds a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Architect certification, further underlining his expertise. His previous engagements with tech startups have honed his skills in end-to-end design and development, making him a versatile asset capable of driving innovation and success across diverse landscapes.

Tejas is our go-to expert in enterprise data architecture, boasting a track record of building high-performance application databases and designing Data Warehouses and ETLs. His experience extends across traditional and cloud environments, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
With 17+ years in the field, Will is a seasoned expert in GCP Cloud and DevOps architecture. His extensive experience spans multiple industries, ensuring robust and secure infrastructure.
Ashley blends creativity and functionality to design innovative, user-centered solutions. By researching user needs and market trends, she crafts products that are both visually appealing and practical, helping the team turn ideas into designs that meet business goals.
